Mickey Fisher from Yukon, OK

Aside from watch TCM, what do you do?

I've written several books, most of them dealing with movies. The majority of my life has been spent working in retail, and I'm a triple medical pioneer.

What’s your favorite movie snack?

Raisinets, due to seeing Mel Brooks talk about them (and sharing them, which I never do!) on an episode of Dinah Shore's television show when I was a kid.

What’s your favorite part of TCM?

The documentaries where we learn about the people who have entertained us for decades. I wish 'Private Screenings' would continue.

What’s your favorite movie genre?

The Western.

Who’s your favorite actor or actress or filmmaker of all time? And why?

John Wayne. He's the one who really got me interested in the movies. As a child, I felt he could do no wrong. Now that I'm 54, I realize that as a person, he wasn't perfect, but I still have an affinity for him, as it was love for the Duke that got me interested in the movies.

Who would you be thrilled to meet, and what would you say?

Maureen O'Hara, and I would propose.

What do you collect?

Half-sheet and Quarter-sheet posters. But the majority of my collection is lobby cards.

If you had to pick just one, what would be your favorite movie?

Gettysburg, closely followed by Spartacus.
