Aside from watch TCM, what do you do?

Read books on classic movies from Alfred Hitchcock to Hollywood Black. I enjoy walking my 3 little rescue dogs. Since I freelance in the television field, I have time on my own to meet Backlot friends at events and I love to attend the Festival! I have enjoyed the Ball State classes offered in the past too. I hope they come back!

What’s your favorite movie snack?

A glass of wine with cashews or blue corn chips.

What’s your favorite part of TCM?

TCM has such a variety of programming that I learn about directors I don’t know, actors that made such an impact, foreign films and silent movie restoration! Interactive activities too! Being able to be in an environment with other movie fans is validating and gratifying. It’s home.

What’s your favorite movie genre?

I love anything Hitchcock! Film noir with Eddie Muller’s insights is a favorite too. Silent movies fascinate me as well!

Who’s your favorite actor or actress or filmmaker of all time? And why?

Errol Flynn has always been my favorite since I was a kid in DC watching all-night old movies! Hitchcock and Billy Wilder are directorial favorites.

Who would you be thrilled to meet, and what would you say?

Alfred Hitchcock. If he was still directing today, what kind of films would he doing now? What would interest him now?

What do you collect?

Books - mostly ebooks now. All kinds of TCM stuff from coffee cups to t-shirts to pins! I love to have such a movie library to choose from too!

If you had to pick just one, what would be your favorite movie?

The Adventures of Robin Hood. But there are SO many more!!!
